The dementia wellbeing day centre is to enable older people with advanced dementia and complex needs to continue to live in the community.
The aims are: to promote healthy lifestyles, reduce isolation, stimulate interest and regain skills to promote independence. Also provides respite for the carer. This service is for people aged over 65 years who have assessed care needs under the Care Act.
