Nottinghamshire County Council (the Authority) is seeking to expend on a framework of experienced providers of care home services (not individual care homes unless the provider operates a single care home only) to offer placements to older individuals, usually aged 65 and over, in CQC registered establishments located in Nottinghamshire (including Nottingham City). This opportunity is for more Providers to bid for a place on the Framework Agreement over and above those who have already been successful.\r

The framework will be available for use by the following commissioners:\r
ââ¬Â¢ Nottinghamshire County Council\r
ââ¬Â¢ Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)\r
ââ¬Â¢ Bassetlaw Clinical Commissioning Group CCG\r

"Out of County" placements to homes operated by providers on the Framework will also be made under the terms of the Framework Agreement.\r
(Please note that if an Out of County placement is made to a non-framework provider that provider must bid to join the Framework at the earliest opportunity.)\r

Bidders must have experience of delivering relevant care home services and currently be providing care home services in Nottinghamshire or have appropriate services already in development. It is not the Authority's intention to encourage the building and development of additional care home accommodation through this project.\r
