Hillingdon Council wishes to improve the public tennis court facilities and provide a comprehensive tennis development programme for the public and therefore are seeking to appoint competent and experienced tennis coaching service providers.The successful Service Provider will be required to provide a coaching programme on the tennis courts as per the specification (Appendix A) of the Tender Pack from the commencement date.
The period of the Tennis Coaching Agreement shall be for three years (with a Hillingdon Council option to extend for two years ( in one year increments) from 1st September 2022 until 31st August 2025.
All courts are porous macadam and in all cases are fenced and gated. There will be net posts and nets supplied at the commencement of the coaching agreement.
