WCHG has a requirement for a new BATHROOM ADAPTATIONS contract.
The Works shall be located in and around the Wythenshawe area and includes all WCHG properties mainly within the M22 and M23 postcode area.
The overall aims of the Contract are:
o To provide works to install adapted bathrooms and associated works to WCHG properties in Wythenshawe.
o To ensure the safety of tenants and members of the public who may be affected by the proposed Work o To deliver a safe, cost effect service in line with the schedule of works provided by WCHG.
Duration - the agreement will run for ONE year, with an option to extend for THREE further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and available MCC funding.
Please note: the funding for this service is directly dependant on MCC. WCHG will not be liable for any loss of earnings or any other costs the successful tenderer may incur if contract extensions are not agreed.
