South Gloucestershire Council is looking for a supplier for the servicing and maintenance of electrical, gas & refrigeration equipment within the Catering Establishments of South Gloucestershire Council offices and schools with a mix of both planned maintenance as well as reactive works involved. The works covered by this contract comprise of the following: i. Reactive Works* - day to day maintenance and emergency repair of gas, electrical and refrigeration appliances, with the requirement for an out of hours emergency service. ii. Planned preventative maintenance (including servicing, testing and inspections) of gas, electrical and refrigeration appliances.
