York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has issued this Prior Information Notice to inform the market that it will be issuing a tender in the first half 2021 for the complete overhaul of 5 prominent areas at York Hospital and Scarborough Hospital. The contract will include the following
· Groundworks
Landscaping (hard and soft) and any associated civils/drainage work
· Planting
· Seating, features and furniture
The contractor would be brought on board on a Design and Build basis, working from an agreed sketch design that will be provided by the client at tender stage
Works completed by June/July 2021
