The public toilet on Foreshore Road in Scarborough is the busiest toilet within the borough providing relief for thousands of visitors at the height of the summer season.
The toilets are in significant need of refurbishment and require bring up to modern standards.
A consultant team is now required to :
ï· prepare a Concept and Spatially Coordinated Design (RIBA Stage 2-3) for the refurbishment of the toilet block.
ï· prepare a Technical Design (RIBA Stage 4) for the refurbishment of the toilet block.
ï· procurement of a main contractor to construct the works.
ï· project management and supervision of the construction works and defects period.
ï· undertake the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
