The Authority requires a provider to undertake the Demolition of the existing building known as Thompson House.
It is important to note that the Authority is currently exploring disposal options for this site with the preferred option being to demolish ahead of disposal. However, if a valid proposal not to demolish is presented the Authority may cease this tender before tender award.
The term of the contract shall be 21st September 2022 for 12 working weeks.
