The Supplier is supporting CITB in their ongoing conversations with ESFA following the audit of 2020/21 learners. The audit report identifies 23.88% error rate, the ESFA also require audits of 2018/19 and 2019/20, which would lead to a further repayment should the same error rate be identified. The Supplier will work on CITB's behalf to minimise the clawback for all three years.
