Tilting fillets to be laid as necessary. Supply & install eaves tray extending into gutters.
Battens to be formed from softwood treated with preservatives against decay or insect attack. Timber should be free from splits, knots or any other defects. Battens to be fixed with galvanised nails to rafters.
Tiles to be fixed strictly in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. Double course of tiles to be laid at eaves level with undercourse of short tiles. Every tile in bottom two courses & the undercourse to be nailed, ensuring bottom edges are in line and projecting over guttering. Verges formed with undercloak tiles & sand & cement. Supply & install 4no ventilator slates
