Summary of works -
Rainwater gutters and downpipes are blocked or damaged in various locations at Rivers House, Bridgwater. It is a common occurrence for the gutters to overflow.
We have identified 5 target areas that will require further investigation and a review of the gutter flow capacity and remedial works will be required.
The property -
The property is a two-storey office building, with 5 areas that are located at the back of the property. Photos and a Map of these areas are provided as attachments, but we welcome site inspection visits by appointment.
Tenders will be evaluated based on price, skills and experience, programme of works and CDM competence; for further details please see the attached evaluation matrix.
