This Insurance and Related Services 3 (IS3) framework will be let for four years and allow access to brokerage and related services and claims handling and related services for customers across the whole of the UK public sector.
There will be up to 15 Brokers awarded to lot 1 and up to 3 providers awarded to lot 2 (lot 2 will be available to the whole of the public sector having previously been restricted to central government in IS2).
There will again be a direct award option for brokerage and related services.
IS3 will comprise this framework agreement (RM6020) and an associated dynamic purchasing system
(RM6138) onto which will be awarded insurance services providers.
The lotting structure will be: lot 1 - brokerage and related services,lot 2 - claims handling and related services.
CCS insurance agreements have averaged over £72M per annum in spend since 2016. Over 700 public sector organisations across the UK have used Insurance Services 1 and Insurance Services 2.
Additional information: CCS has uploaded Attachment 3 - Pricing Matrix V 4.0, which replaces Attachment 3 - Pricing Matrix V 3.0. The amendment made refers to clarification questions number 22, Attachment 3 - Pricing Matrix V 2.0 is no longer downloadable. CCS has uploaded Attachment 10b - framework Schedule 1 (Specification) Lot 2 V2.0 in line with clarification question 22. Attachment 10b - framework Schedule 1 (Specification) Lot 2 V1.0 is no longer downloadable.
CCS has also uploaded Attachment 11 - Contract Documents V 3.0 inline with the response to clarification question numbers 14. In addition, Attachment 11 - Contract Documents 3.0 also now includes Joint Schedule 12 - Supply chain visibility which will be used as well as Call - Off Schedule 13 - Implementation Plan and Testing. Attachment 11 - Contract Documents V 2.0 is no longer downloadable.
