The University is seeking to appoint a suitably Accredited, Certificated and Experienced Security Company to provide Security Officers to carry out a range of Security Duties, Front of House Duties & discrete services at its London Campus. It is a mandatory requirement that the Company must be able to demonstrate recent & past experience of providing Security Services, & Security Officers (Guards), to other Higher Education Establishments (& Student Halls of Residence), to carry out a range of similar duties.â¯This service is extremely important to the university, its students and other users.
The successful company will be expected to provide suitably trained, experienced and certificated personnel to carry out a range of front of house services to assist in the smooth operation expected of this higher education establishment. The ability to professionally andâ¯calmlyâ¯deal with a range of situations will be key, as will a focussed approach to customer service. This contract is therefore, proposed to be for a duration of three years with an opportunity to extend for a further two years upon satisfactory completion.
