Changing Places Toilet Facilities - Howe Bridge Leisure Centre

This invitation is to tender the works associated with the construction of a modular Changing Places facility at the following property: Howe Bridge Leisure Centre, Eckersley Fold Lane, Atherton, Manchester, M40 0PJ. This specification should be read in conjunction with the associated tender drawings and the relevant reference documents referred to herein.

The scheme of works includes:

• Stripping out works and alterations to services;

• Provide new steel support to facilitate proposed open plan room layout;

• Demolition of blockwork dividing wall between the existing WC and Storeroom;

• Alteration works to the existing doorsets to facilitate the installation of a Doc M compliant entrance door;

• Decorations to new entrance doorset and joinery;

• Internal finishes to the ceiling, walls and floor;

• Installation of Changing Places approved sanitaryware, equipment and fittings;

• Testing of fixed wired systems involved within the scheme and testing certification provided within O&M manuals.
