EcoPark South Construction Works for the North London Heat and Power Project (NLHPP)

North London Waste Authority (the 'Authority') is seeking a contractor to design and construct the following works at the Edmonton EcoPark:

(i) a resource recovery facility incorporating a recycling and fuel preparation facility and a reuse and recycling centre and associated works;

(ii) a building to be known as EcoPark House comprising of a visitor, community and education centre for the wider community, office accommodation and a boat canopy and associated works;

(iii) laying and installation of new utilities and services to the resource recovery facility and EcoPark House;

(iv) roads and hardstanding; and

(v) landscaping.
