Fire Risk Inspections The University of Hull (hereafter referred to as the University) is seeking to put in place a contract for fire risk inspections. The successful supplier will maintain the current suite of Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) in line with the legislative/ University requirements for all the buildings which is currently 76 properties varying from student accommodation/ student houses, laboratories, Teaching Rooms/Lecture Theatres, public entertainment, offices and shops, licensed premises and workshops, and where required undertake new FRA for new or significantly modified buildings.
