Leisure Management with Supplier Investment in Synthetic Pitch - Expressions of Interest

Kettering Borough Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced leisure management operators who can provide a leisure management service on behalf of the Council at the facilities identified below. As a part of this service, there is an ongoing requirement to improve leisure services and secure investment in existing facilities throughout the term.

The Council has funded an extensive programme of refurbishment of the swimming pool in recent months. In addition, the Council is looking for capital investment from the operator into the refurbishment of the synthetic pitch, as part of our recently published Playing Pitch Strategy (July 2020).

The facilities included in the arrangement are:

• Kettering Swimming Pool including a gym facility

• The Corn Market Hall

• Kettering Athletics Track and Synthetic Pitch

• Desborough Leisure Centre (gym facility and sports hall - four badminton courts)
