The contract is a further call off against KCS framework agreement Y20011 in accordance with the terms therein for right to use licences for Civica products: Universal Housing and Keystone Asset management. The call off for a further 18 months was necessary to enable the re-procurement, award and implementation of the new Housing Management System for Kingston. The new system will supersede and replace Universal Housing and Keystone products and will be awarded by July 23.
