Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to procure the equipment required for the ultraviolet (UV) light programme run by its Cellular Biology Group in the Radiation Effects Department. The aim of the programme is to (1) identify the most active NO-inducing wavelength of light (2) the parameters (time and dose) that are most effective and safe and (3) the efficacy of this wavelength of light and parameters to affect blood flow and blood pressure.
