Devon County Council have a requirement for the delivery of archaeological field work, subsequent reporting and provision of public information in order to discharge conditions associated with the planning permission for the A382 Phase 2 works.\r

The field work consists of 16 trenches in various locations along the length of the A382 and the methodologies are as detailed in the approved Written Scheme of Investigation. The trenching and subsequent reporting work is to also be supplemented by a series of interpretation boards.\r
