The Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) is an advisory non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB) of the FCDO. ICAI works to ensure UK aid is spent effectively for those who need it most and delivers value for UK taxpayers. ICAI publishes transparent, impartial and objective reviews to support UK government decision-making and to strengthen the accountability of UK ODA.
ICAI operates on 4-year phases, linked to the terms of its Board of Commissioners. The third phase concludes in 2023, so ICAI is now planning for its fourth phase from 2023-2027 and will be seeking a delivery partner to support the ICAI Board of Commissioners to deliver its reviews.
The value of the potential contract will be approximately £10,500,000 over 4 years. Performance of this contract will require global travel to conduct the reviews.
