The proposed works are to the existing Anglican Chapel located in London Road Cemetery and will be carried out for the Historic Coventry Trust.
The proposed works are suitable for a Main Contractor who must have heritage construction experience and be able to demonstrate works carried out of a similar nature on a similar historical building.
The works shall be procured through a JCT 'Minor Works' contract with minor amendments and shall comprise the following works:
~ Taking up existing tiled floor and install under floor heating
~ Reinstate tiled floor
~ Installation of a air source heat pump and external enclosure
~ Installation of secondary glazing to existing window
~ Installation of new electrical and data floor boxes
~ General fixture and fittings to provide additional cabinet space
~ New ceiling construction to tower
