We, Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) on behalf of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) are seeking proposals from suitably qualified providers for the provision of:- Hazardous Materials and Environmental Protection Officer (HMEPO) training.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) is routinely called upon to take the lead in resolving a range of incidents involving hazardous materials. In addition to conventional incidents involving hazardous materials, GMFRS also have a responsibility to respond to incidents involving the use of Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear materials.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service requires HMEPO training as detailed below:-
