NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are looking to engage an organisation for Provision of the Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist Training Pathway.
Health Education England, in partnership with NHS England & Improvement, is seeking to engage providers to deliver training for mental health pharmacists working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. HEE is inviting bidders to submit a tender response to develop the Mental Health Pharmacist training pathway. Evidence has been established to support the development of an appropriate training pathway for pharmacists working in community mental healthcare.
The training pathway development should utilise existing learning outcomes and curricula such as the new Initial Education and Training standards for pharmacists. The provider will be responsible for the delivery of a Mental Health Pharmacist training pathway to the first cohort of 50 learners
The maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is £120,000 exclusive of Vat and the contract period will be for 1 year.
The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 27th October 2021 at 12:00pm (midday).
Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise.
The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT.
