Provision of Temporary Accommodation for Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council invites suitably experienced providers to submit proposals with costings for the supply and management of temporary accommodation for homeless households. The required provision is split into 2 separate lots;

Lot 1 Short term fully supported accommodation that can accommodate Rough Sleepers from the street with complex and high level support needs (a current 7 bed provision runs until September 2020).

Lot 2 Shared houses to provide lower level supported accommodation for single homeless people with complex needs (Current 2x4 bed provision runs until October 2020).
