UK Emissions Permitting, Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (PMRV) System

To deliver an IT system that facilitates the permitting, monitoring, reporting and verification of UK Green House Gas emissions in line with relevant legislation, as well as maintenance and support of the system and optional additional development services.
