Northamptonshire Children Trust is commissioning the provision of independent Fostering Agency and Children's Homes Placements for Children in Care in Northamptonshire.
Any reference to Northamptonshire County Council or Children First in this opportunity shall be interpreted and applied as a reference to Northamptonshire Children's Trust Limited.
The Framework Agreement is split into two (2) Lots:
