The total scope of the contract falls into four areas:
Lot 1: High Rise Blocks (communal glass only)
Lot 2: Independent Living Schemes (communal glass only)
Lot 3: Depots, Offices and Service Access Points
Lot 4: Merefield House, Navigation House and Unit A, Trident Park
Suppliers must state which LOT(s) or combination of lots they are bidding for in the table provided in the ITT documents provided within the tender pack. Suppliers should visit all of the premises at the time of tendering to acquaint themselves with the work required under the contract.
