The council is looking to use the Welcome Back Fund to test a series of one-off street food market events, in Hessle, Hornsea, Withernsea, Howden and Market Weighton. The council is currently procuring a series of 'Feastivals' in these towns. Feastivals will be a celebration based around street food and entertainment to boost footfall and engagement and as a one-off event in town centres. The events are been planned for late January/February 2021, this requirement is to develop a Marketing Campaign and Delivery Plan for these Feastivals.
