Void Repairs and Post Tenancy Repairs to Housing

The Council has a requirement to establish a Framework to carry out necessary repairs to void properties and any resultant post tenancy repair works and to identify and appoint 7 suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a 3-year term service to supply the goods and services specified within the Requirement and Specification.

Works will be divided into Lots by area. Each of the successful contractors will be appointed to a maximum of one Lot.
