The Contract is for the production of a Town Investment Plan for Bedford town centre. The Council needs a suitable experienced supplier to produce an evidence based Town Investment Plan with a pipeline of future projects which will form the basis of negotiation with the Government over a Town Deal.
Additional information: There is an option to extend the contract until 31 March 2021 if further work is required in relation to the Town Investment Plan.
