The objectives of the procurement are:
⢠To appoint an academic partner who has expertise in developing and/or researching accommodation for people with dementia including a good level of understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.
⢠To have a partner who can work with the Council to achieve an increase of accommodation that is good quality, sustainable and meets both our organisational objectives including specific local need.

⢠A partner who will review the current approach to the Specialist Dementia Facility and add value to this.
