SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to carry out a reinstatement valuation on our housing stock for insurance purposes.
The timeline we are following is in conjunction with our insurance renewal in September 2023 and so ideally SCDC is looking for the valuation to be completed by July 2023.
