Newry, Mourne and Down Council require the Tropicana Seasonal pools (2No.), pool basin walls, floor and overspill channels to be sandblasted to remove all cracked materials and 2 coats of epoxy applied (1 coat only to overspill channels), with non-slip additive applied and 2 coats of a suitable paint covering that will withstand constant submersion in heated, chlorinated water (Colours TBC) will then also need to be applied.
