The Children and Young People's Therapeutic Service will provide specialist services for those children and young people who have witnessed or suffered domestic abuse and are now living in a safe environment. The service will provide a coordinated package of care and support that takes individual preferences and needs into account. The service will include therapeutic play/ needs led interventions to improve safety and wellbeing, ensuring the support matches the child's developmental stage (e.g. young child, pre-adolescent and adolescent).
