The purpose of this Tender is to identify a Prime Provider and up to two Secondary Providers for each of 10 Zones that the Council has mapped across the County. The appointed Providers will deliver all new domiciliary care (including Reablement) within the identified Zones.
Each Zone will be advertised as one Lot. Bidders may apply for Prime or Secondary provider status in each Lot and may apply for multiple Lots.
The Tender will be run as a Restricted Process in accordance with Regulations 28 and 65 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and will comprise 2 Stages to be advertised separately.
This advertisement is for Stage 1 of the Tender. Bidders meeting Stage 1 requirements will be invited to participate in Stage 2.

The contract for the service will be for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further 1 year and 1 further year by mutual agreement. It is anticipated that contracts will start mid to late summer 2021.
