The contract is for grounds maintenance of the areas surrounding Bridgewood House Care home for a period of three years.
The following activities should be carried out (this list is not exhaustive);
⢠Cutting, strimming and tidying of all grassed areas.
⢠Weeding of all flower beds.
⢠Clearing of leaves.
⢠Pruning of all shrubs, hedges and low tree branches.
⢠Application of environmentally friendly weed control.
⢠Litter picking.
⢠All general garden maintenance.
Required once a week in May, June, July, August and September.
Every other week in March, April, October and November.
Once a month January, February and December.
