The requirement is to set up a single source contract with Systecon UK for both the support and training elements of the OPUS Suite to allow this business-critical support and training to be delivered and to allow payments to be made via the CP&F system. Previously payments have had to be made by bills direct payments but as this is a recurring requirement it should now be on contract and paid via CP&F.
