West Yorkshire Combined Authority has identified a need for non-engineers to be able to explore potential roadspace layouts in a user-friendly and quick manner to determine the high-level feasibility of schemes and enable discussion of options without recourse to CAD and/or consultants.
We are therefore looking for an intuitive, existing tool that will enable policy staff and decision-makers as well as engineers to propose and explore different options for allocating roadspace
The Combined Authority procures all its services, supplies and works through our e-procurement system In-Tend.

When quotes/tenders become available, hover over 'Tenders' then 'Current'. Scroll down to the project and click 'View Details' and then 'Express interest'. There will be a tab called 'Quotation/Invitation to tender' and from here you will be able to download the documents.
Please ensure that you are registered under the correct classifications to enable you to see specific tenders.
