Western Building Systems (WBS) is a fully self-sufficient off-site contractor and will undertake all works for the new CDC at Willowbrook Health Centre itself. No construction or off-site manufactured works will be subcontracted.
Under the JCT D&B Contract WBS will sub-contract Design related works to its preapproved Design Team
