The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking to engage with the market to inform it's procurement strategy for Facilities Management services. The DWP estate is formed of around 810 properties with a variety of building usages, including customer facing Jobcentre Plus sites and Corporate Centres in central urban and remote rural locations across England, Scotland and Wales.
DWP intends to hold a Market Engagement event in November 2019 to explore potential solutions for lot structure and service bundling.
