We need our partner to provide a Digital Literacy Skills Assessment (DLSA) tailored to the specific needs of our organisation. An 'off the shelf' DLSA might not be a good fit for us. Preferably we need your proposal/approach to be made to measure to meet our particular needs. SCC staff may use various forms of hardware, from Computers and Laptops to Tablets and Smartphones. Ideally we would like the DLSA to encompass all of these.
The DLSA might be undertaken in a number of ways from face to face assessment to digital assessment and hybrids of the two. We are keen to understand your approach to undertaking the DLSA in your proposal.
Ideally we need to know the success/otherwise of the subsequent training and development interventions that we provide for Digital Literacy. Therefore, we are interested to hear any proposals for assessment both before and after.
