The National Park Authority are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake full refurbishment works to Cattiside Cottage, Hathersage, Hope Valley. The site is a traditional building and therefore the Authority is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to work within its heritage guidelines using traditional materials. This package of works covers;
⢠Installation of ASHP system
⢠New kitchen and bathroom
⢠New ground floor slab to include insulation
⢠Partial new windows
⢠Re-plastering using insulated lime
⢠Re-wiring
⢠Redecoration
⢠External works
