TRG and OHG are seeking to appoint up to 7 contractors to deliver Legionella Risk Assessment and Service Maintenance Repairs and Routine Monitoring to TRG/OHG properties nationwide inline with the property lists provided with this tender.
The estimated contract value is approximately £190k p.a .for risk assessment circa £950 over 5 years and £580k p.a for the service maintenance repairs and routine monitoring circa £2.9m over 5 years duration.
This contract will be let for a duration of 3years plus 2x12months possible extensions, given a maximum term of 5years
