In 2018 Northamptonshire County Council procured and implemented a case management System to meet the requirements of the National Drugs Treatment Management System, which is a mandatory standard for Drug and Alcohol Services. The current contract has an annual value of £93,312 and expires on 31/03/2024. The replacement contract will be for a period of 2 years (with no options to extend) to align with the recommissioning of all drug and alcohol services in 2026. Any re-procurement undertaken would be led by West Northants Council on behalf of North Northants and West Northants Councils.
The purpose of this exercise is to understand the level of interest in tendering for this Drug and Alcohol Case Management System for a 2 year contract, from suppliers who have the experience and capabilities to meet our requirements.
