The requirement from Help to Buy (HtB) is to conduct an independent review of plans, to give stakeholders confidence that Homes England (HE) has the capability and technology to:
1. Secure customer data in line with Data Privacy regulations.
2. Transfer Help to Buy data to third parties in a robust and secure way, including receiving the data back.
3. The skills, capability and technology within Help to Buy, interrogate data and reach accurate and meaningful conclusions from this data.
