NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (the 'ICB') sought to commission self-storage units to store IT equipment across three geographical areas as detailed below:
Scope of areas:
⢠5 mile radius of OX4 2TZ - 400 sq ft
⢠5 mile radius of HP11 1LJ - 200 sq ft
⢠5 mile radius of RG2 0JZ - 600 sq ft
The service was procured through a simplified Invitation to Tender procedure due to the relatively low value of the contract and the nature of the service requirement.
The total value of the contract is approximately £50,000 for the initial 12 months contract term based on current spend including temporary additional storage, with a total contract lifecycle value of up to £95,000 if the 12 months extension period is enacted by the Commissioner.
The service has commenced on 1st June 2023.
