The London Borough of Bromley is seeking Building Surveyor Led Multi-Disciplinary consultants to assist in the delivery of its specialist and mainstream school capital programme over the next 4 years. The Council is seeking consultants to deliver 4 lotss. Each lot consist of a programme of expansion works predominantly to delivered through JCT Design and Build contracts. Lot 4 also includes accessibility and planned maintenance. The value of the overall capital programme is estimated at c.£30m with the value of each lot of consultancy services estimated to be:\r
LOT 1 - estimated value £1,300,000\r
LOT 2 - estimated value £1,200,000\r
LOT 3 - estimated value £1,100,000\r
LOT 4 - estimated value £1,100,000\r
