You are invited to tender for the China Financial Services Campaign PR requirement in competition in accordance with the attached document. The Department for International Trade in China is looking to appoint one organisation for the provision of PR and Digital Services to our team based at the British Embassy in Beijing. The main duties of the Agency would be to create, consult and deliver on a PR and Digital strategy for the Financial Services Campaign, which is running in China from September 2019 to March 2020. The campaign will also have an advertising element supported by an existing media-buy agency.
The duties of the Agency will commence following the signing of the contract (ideally in late September 2019) and end on 31 March 2020. At this point any active projects and documents relevant to the project must be handed over to The Authority to support any further work.
