HSE are looking to secure expert consultancy support to partner with in developing a successful, multi-year pay case for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
HSE has a highly geographically dispersed workforce spanning the length and breadth of Britain and with diverse specialist posts across regulatory, science and policy functions. The organisation is expected to grow in responsibility and complexity with the addition of around 800 posts (on the current workforce of circa 2,300) as
EU Exit and the formation of the Building Safety Regulator add further organisational responsibilities (e.g. in chemical regulation after EU Exit), including in some challenging to recruit specialisms and involving a number of new work locations.
